The Royal Mint is committed to making your shopping experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. In this section we have summarised all of the information you should need to use our website and shop online.

Navigation

The Royal Mint logo appears in the top left of each page. Clicking on the logo will take you to the home page of the website.

All of the categories used to classify our products are listed in the left navigation bar. There are several ways to navigate the product listings. You can browse by product range, price range or theme.

The shopping basket summary and link to the check out is located in the left navigation bar.

To access your account details, make a payment or track an order click on the 'My Account' link in the top right of the page.

Search options

There are primarily two ways to search the Royal Mint website, the product finder tool and the free text search.

The product finder tool is located in the left navigation bar and enables you to select products by theme, alloy and price range. This tool can also be used to select products for a particular person (i.e. for him, for her, for children) and you can select items by occasions such as birthdays, christenings and anniversaries.

The free text search is located in the top right of the screen on all pages throughout the website. To use this facility type in a word or phrase in the input box and click the 'Go' button. The results of the search will be displayed on the screen with links to click on for further details.

Quick Order facility

If you know the product code of the item you wish to purchase you can add the item to your shopping basket quickly and easily using the quick order facility. The quick order facility is located in the left navigation bar below the product finder. To use it simply enter the product code in the text box and click the buy now button.
